Tier 2 dependent visa (mandatory document + other documents)

I applied for Tier 2 dependent visa extension for my wife and my daughter.

for the documents checklist I found two type of documents:

Mandatory documents: passport , previous BRP .....

Other documents: - Document showing you and your partner are living together (for example, a utility bill, council tax bill or
bank statement)
- Documents showing you have had at least £1260.00 in cash savings for 90 consecutive days


My question :

if I don't have one of the "other document" am I still able to submit my application or I should have all of them (mandatory + other).

I'm earning 36k a year but I don't have saving for 90 days.

I already applied for them online and paid all fees, Can I join my payslips only to show them my salary or this saving document is mandatory.

No, salary slips won't be accepted as proof of maintenance funds.

You must show 90 days maintenance funds for the full 90 days up to the date of online application. The rules are very clear about this and have been for many years.

I thought this rule is only for people who apply from outside the UK, but even extension also?

I hold Tier 2 Visa and my wife has Tier 2 dependent visa...
I extended my visa few months ago as I changed employer, I waited till December to extend my wife visa.
