Tier 2 (General): Document requirement during travel from India

Please advise on what all documents are required during the first time travel to UK to join work, after Tier 2 (General) approval - what documents are needed at the entry and exit ports at India and UK resp.
- Passport with visa stamped
- Flight tickets
- Accommodation details
- Anything else is needed??

Can you please tell me, How much time or days it took for you, to get your tier 2 general visa when you applied from india.
When did you apply for Restricted Cos?
When did you apply for tier 2 application (the date) please?
When did you give your biometrics in India ?
When did you get your visa with documents?
