I have recently applied for a tier 2 visa extension using the super priority service. After my biometrics appointment, I received an email to say that my employer mistakenly put my job in as on the shortage occupation list where it isn't, and a top up payment would be needed within 10 days.
I immediately filled in the payment slip with my card details and emailed this back to the document requests email provided.
This was 2 days ago, and the money still has not come out of my account yet and I haven't received any replies from the email/no confirmations.
Can anyone advise me on how long this might take if you were in a similar situation? Or provide any reassurance...I'm afraid that if they don't see the email and the 10 days lapse then I might be refused even though I have provided payment details.
