Tier 2 Visa Extension Top Up Payment

Hi

I have recently applied for a tier 2 visa extension using the super priority service. After my biometrics appointment, I received an email to say that my employer mistakenly put my job in as on the shortage occupation list where it isn't, and a top up payment would be needed within 10 days.

I immediately filled in the payment slip with my card details and emailed this back to the document requests email provided.

This was 2 days ago, and the money still has not come out of my account yet and I haven't received any replies from the email/no confirmations.

Can anyone advise me on how long this might take if you were in a similar situation? Or provide any reassurance...I'm afraid that if they don't see the email and the 10 days lapse then I might be refused even though I have provided payment details.

I am surprised they didn't send you a link to pay online but asked for card details.

If you have done what they asked, relax and wait. However, you may need to wait longer, up to 8 weeks. The 1 day SLA is no longer applicable because they have provided you a response within 1 day.

I'm currently in a similar predicament. How did you fix this issue?

I received an email with an ISC payment request from the work visas unit, but no Worldpay link or payment slip was attached. Any idea whom should I email to get the payment link or payment slip? Thanks very much
