hello, please go ahead with your application I will say, it happens to me early this year with a similar story. and I got my ILR. I wish you luckDiamond2611 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 13, 2019 10:16 pmGood evening
I am registered nurse in India and trying to get registere with NMC( trying for OET English test)
I came in this country uk as a student in 09/08/2010
I completed my Bsc nursing(hons) 1 year and got post study work visa for 2 years
Before I finish my PSW, I got visa for supervise practice Nurse(band 3) per annum 16,500 from the company for 3 years
Then got another 3 years extension, same company but on different post, Health Advisor(band 6)salary per annum 21,500
Which is expiring next month 12/09/2019
I completed 9 years legally
At present, my company lost there license last 3 months but I haven’t received any 60 days letter from Home office,
My company showed salary for this month according to 36,000 and ready to give me employment letter as they really want me to stay on this nursing home
My question is : can I apply for ILR even there is no license
Please guide me as I m so confused
Some Soliciter saying no and some saying to try my luck or go for FLR to reach for ILR(LR)
Please kindly advise me
I have daughter born in uk June 2011
But stayed November 2011-December 2012 in India
And completing 7 years in December 2019 although she is 8 year old
My visa finishing in September 2019 so I m not eligible for this FLR FP
There is a difference between your case of a licence suspension and the ops case where the licence has been revoked and cancelled and the employer is no longer an approved sponsor.donanniel1 wrote: ↑Sun Sep 01, 2019 12:59 amhello, please go ahead with your application I will say, it happens to me early this year with a similar story. and I got my ILR.
