Work for another country office while on Skilled Worker visa

Hi all,

Is it possible for a Skilled visa holder to work for another office outside of the UK (e.g. Thailand) while on their visa?

Who will you be working for within the UK? Your visa sponsor??

Yes, I will be working for my visa sponsor within the UK, but redeployed to another country office under my visa sponsor. Sorry I didn't make that clear.

If you at redeployed to another country office, I cannot see how you can remain in the UK on a skilled worker visa

Would it be possible to do so if I work for another country office remotely (so I am physically in the UK)?

The requirement for a skilled worker visa is to work for a UK based company/office. If this is no longer a requirement and you are working for an overseas company/office, you don't need a UK sponsored visa.
