DEPENDANT - BRP SAYS NO WORK

Hi,

My wife is main applicant & i am her dependent, she got postgraduate admission in a University of UK in a course with RFQ level 7 & duration of the course is 15 months. I was told by my agent that i will have the right to work, but when i receive my BRP it says "No Work", "No engaging in business activities".

I am very upset now, i have reported this issue on the following link, in response i got an autogenerated email.

Its been more than 18 days i have not received an update from home office. I already have a very good job offer but i am not able to prove my right of work to the employer.

BRP team has no contact number, i have tried all the home office numbers.

I have 2 questions, please someone guide me:

1. Do i have the right to work?
2. If yes, how can i get my BRP card fixed?
