Dependent of a Tier 4 student visa

Hello people. This is my first post. I’m planning encourage my wife to apply uk student visa. Planning to send her to a university to follow a degree program . And my self and our 3 years daughter will be dependents.

My question is ..... can I work full time if she grant visa to follow a degree? And can I find a free school for our daughter ?

Yes as a dependent u can work full time , and schools are for free u only will pay for the school meal after 2nd reception year. But for this ur wife's study must be over 12 months.

Im planning to move to the uk with my wife and daughter . If I get a job in the uk for for my dependent visa and can I switch it to tire 2 work permit without leaving the uk ?

Yes if you meet all the requirements for tier 2.

Appreciated.. I have one more question to be asked please .. Is Tier 1 general closed forever? Any news regarding reopening it or any other skilled migration option without a job offer which is similar to tier 1 general ?

Yes it is closed and no there is no plan announced to reopen it.
