Is Graduate Visa and PSW the same

Can someone please answer my query,
After completing my MBA in 2010 I went back to India and applied for a PSW visa, I did receive the PSW visa but couldn’t come back to the UK as I was pregnant.
I am applying for a student visa (1 yr. MSc Events Management) for January 2023 intake, my query is can I apply for a graduate visa after completing my course or will my application be refused as I had already received PSW visa in 2010.

No.

If a student has previously been granted permission on the Tier 1 (Post-study work) route [...] this will not prevent them from meeting the validation requirements of the Graduate route.
