Student visa Tier 4 to another one.

Hlo everybody,
I am a student of university 1st year living in uk. Honestly i came uk in hope of good study and some earning during my study. But unfortunatiely, i realised that its very hard. I realised that niether i will get better study because i have work hard and skip classes to pay uni fees, nor i can earb due to 20 hr work limit. It very difficult so i decided to stuck on one thing that is earn.
Please help if any one know what to do?
I want to change my visa to work visa ,or spouse my marraige or anyhow i need ILR or something like that, that can give me legal way to live in UK and full work permit.

Help post. Please help if you know anything.
