Student visa will be effected by earlier refusal of Visit visa?

Hi Gurus

I had a UK visit visa refusal back in 2019. And that refusal letter is lost. Now im applying for MS Data Science in ARU Cambridge.

Please confirm
1. Will my previous refusal would effect my student visa?
2. Is it necessary to show the refusal letter to embassy for Tier 4 visa.
3. How can I get the duplicate refusal letter now.

In 2018 you had ILR and was asking about applying for british citizenship??

I'm asking it on behalf of my nephew.
He is currently in pakistan.

Reason for his refusal was he was teenager and Unmarried and Embassy was not sure whether we would go back or not.

2. Is it necessary to show the refusal letter to embassy for Tier 4 visa. No need to show, he should state the details of the refusal e.g. reference number and UKVI can find it out if required, they keep the records.
3. How can I get the duplicate refusal letter now. See response to your Q2. above.

No-one can confirm that without knowing any details of the refusal. You need to check whether the circumstances of the refusal will bring the new application under the General Grounds for Refusal.

You can ask an immigration legal adviser to look at it with you. But any Student visa sponsor will have already looked into this when you declared your previous immigration history to them when requesting the CAS. If your application is liable for refusal under the General Grounds, they would probably not have sponsored you anyway.
