Please I need advise on what to do or who. To contact.
My husband applied for AR for almost 5 months now and he is yet to get a reply.

Type of visa: Temporary Religious worker Tier 5
Reason for refusal: failure for the position to be advertised
Reason for AR: the position is supernumerary and requires no 28 day advert.

He has mailed them countless times and the response was usually automated.

The delay has affected us in so many ways.
Also the healthcare surcharge is still being retained.

Is this normal? Who do we contact? What can one do at this stage?

5 months is too much. You should get your local MP involved now.
