Can people of Working Holidaymaker visa travel to Switzerland without getting an explicit tourist visa to Switzerland?

I would appreciate a speedy response. Thanks.

if you need a visa for switzerland because of your nationality then you need it. Your UK immigration status as a WHM has no bearing on any country outside the UK
