If i book oppointment within 15 days and take oppointment date after more than one month ,in that case could they ask me that why did i take booking date after more than one month? thank you.
Sonia.
No as already explained, twice.
Hi Guru
As u told me that homeoffice has no issue if I take appointment attend date after one month . But one of my friend just spoke with solicitor and he said that u cannot take booking date after one month otherwise ur application will be dismissed and u have to attend appointment within one month of letter.
I am again confused ,please help me out. Thank u
Sonia
I have never heard of an application being refused because an application hasn't attended an appointment within a month of the letter when they have called up to book an appointment or book one online. There is no requirement in the rules that biometrics are given within a month of the letter. If you are concerned then seek advice directly from a immigration solicitor or from the immigration advisor at your university. I don't think there is any point in me answering the same question with the same answer again and again. If you have heard different information elsewhere then you need to decide for yourself how to proceed.
hi Guru,
I have called personally to ukba biomatric centre an hour ago and they said to me that you have to book a oppointment within 15 days but they also said that yo have to attend oppointment within a month of the letter you received. thank you
Sonia.
