Hello everyone,
My name is sonia and i have just completed my MBA from university under tier 4 student and i have applied for psw on 28th november 2011.
As you know there is 90days statement rule but i send them only 60 days because my statment generates 1st of every month but know i got my last statement with required funds. And i have to send them my last statement to fulfill 90 days rule as soon as possible.
My question is that do i need to fill up "change of circumstances" form or i have to send them without this form?
Please reply as soon as possible. Thanks
SONIA.

Hi Arsenal49,
In ukba letter which they send me ,they have written that "Please do not send any additional documents to us unless requested to do so by caseworker". Just want to know that its still okay to send them my last statment. thank you.

i have just received my bio-matric letter for my psw application which they send on 6th dec2011 and they written in this letter that i have to book oppiintment within 15 days of the letter date.
My question is that if i book oppointment within 15 days of the letter suppose on 19th dec 2011 and they give me oppointment for bio-matric after one week which is 26th dec2011 then is this okay or my bio-matric has to be done whithin 15 days of the letter date?
thank you.
Sonia.

Hi Guru due to some personal reason I cannot make oppointment in december so if I call them within 15 days and book oppt on jan2012 then will this effect on my application processing time or they will treat as normal after receiving my biomatric and also will they give me visa from jan2012 or from dec 2011? because my visa expiry date was end of nov2011.
Thank you so much
Sonia.

the start-date on a new visa will always be the date later than the date u did your biometrics

Do take the time to actually read the answer I have already given you - you need to make the appointment with 15 days, not attend within 15 days.
The BRP is issued from the date of decision, not from when you attend biometrics. The fact that there will be gap between when your leave expired and when your new BRP begins does not matter as long as you made your application before your leave expired.

And Guru if I am not wrong then they cannot make decision before biomatric?

if you dont book anything within 15 days... they will send you a reminder.
if you still dont book anything, they will REFUSE your application due to not completing integral requirement of visa app

the letter says otherwise. You need to call them within 15 days of the date of the letter you don't need to attend an appointment within 15 days which would be impossible at certain times of the year and for certain enrolment centres.
I have never heard of an application being refused because an application hasn't attended an appointment within a month of the letter when they have called up to book an appointment or book one online. There is no requirement in the rules that biometrics are given within a month of the letter. If you are concerned then seek advice directly from a immigration solicitor or from the immigration advisor at your university. I don't think there is any point in me answering the same question with the same answer again and again. If you have heard different information elsewhere then you need to decide for yourself how to proceed.
