Unrestricted Vs Restricted COS

Hello

I’ve been in the UK since June 2015 as Tier 2 general worker,
My first CoS was (Tier 2 general-new hires-Restricted) for 2 years.
Then I switched employers and extended my visa for three years and CoS was (Tier 2 general-changes of employer-ISC exempt).
I could not apply for ILR as I am in the process of switching employers so decided to extend my visa for another year,
I just wanted to check the type of CoS this time ? giving still in Same SOC (2211 medical practitioner) but a higher role with new employer.
I believe it should be Unrestricted CoS (Tier 2-Change of employer-ISC exempt) as I am in the UK with a valid visa and only want to work for a new sponsor ? Is this correct ?
