Urgent help FLR(M) Question 10.2

Hi everyone,
I got letter back from HO that "you have not submitted a valid immigration application". It is question 10.2 page 52. Honestly, I'm not sure for Q: Social cultural or family ties, Should I write just "my family and many friends" or do I need to write down their name as well. Pls help me. I need to send it back within 10 days. Thank you so much

Sorry it's question 10.12 please state what ties you have with:
The country where you www born
Any other country whose nationality you hold
Any country where you lived for more than five years.

And I'm sure question in table which ask "Social cultural or family tie" what should I answer? Just my family and friends or anything different? Thank you

You need to answer the questions. Only you will know the answers and you should answer honestly. It is not a trick question.

Thank you for reply. I know now what I should write down on it. I found some person suggested this question. I wrote my country and UK ( live more than 5 years). For my country, I wrote my family; mother sister and brother and in UK, partner and my baby.
