Urgent Help Needed (NHS Funded IVF Treatment)

Hi,

I am British Citizen and my wife is my dependent (on spouse visa), she came to UK to join me in March 2017.
We have been trying to conceive from almost 3 years now.She has apparently no fertility issues and GP has recemmonded IVF to her.
In the light of latest rules, are we eligible for NHS funded IVF? (GP has recommended, but on this front we are not clear , if she is entitled to go for it or no?????
