Urgent Help

Hello Friends,
I have been in a confused situation due to lack of information, I have awarded ILR recently under 10 years category,my wife came to this country in 2011, i just want to know the next step that i have to follow,she has done her graduation in india which is taught in english, so my question is does she qualify for SET(M) or does she need apply for FLR(M),and does she need to Write A1 Test
