URL for applying Tier 2 dependent extension

Hi There,

I am holding ILR and I have to apply for extending my wife's Dependent visa.(Tier 2 dependent).

Could you assist me in determining which URL to use for submitting the Dependent extension? I've come across two different URLs and I'm having trouble finding the difference between them:

Also, when I was redirected to make the NHS payment, there was an option o enter the expiry date for the visa length (As of now all the BRPs for settlement are coming with 31/12/2024 date).

Any idea what date I can enter in the valid till date for making the NHS payment?

A date exactly 3 years in the future to pay 3 years ihs.
