Used Miss in on-pbs-dependent-leave-to-remain application form & Mrs in supporting documents

Hi,

I have a quick question, 2 weeks back my wife had filled the pbs-dependent-leave-to-remain extension application and booked an appointment at the end of this month. But today she noticed, that her supporting documents like Bank statements are showing in Mrs XXXXXXX. But she had filled the application form as Miss XXXXXX.
1. Now we are worried that both are different(application form as Miss and her bank statement as Mrs) and will that be an issue ?
2. If its an issue, how to resolve, cancel the application and book new appointment ?
