Hi, I am seeking some advice or insight as to how to apply for a Van der Elst visa for entry to the UK

It seems nearly impossible as to finding any information, or online application form, or any type of link to apply for this type of visa specifically for entry to the UK

Please if anyone has any information of how to apply for a Van der Elst Visa, Kindly let me know regarding this.

There have been no updates on this route since 2012. Note also that this route will cease to exist at the end of this year (if it is even still available).

Q: What will the status of Van der Elst visas be after 29 March 2019?

A: Van der Elst provisions provide that a non-EEA employee in one EU member state can provide a temporary service in another EU member state. Given that the UK will cease to be a member state, and ECJ judgements will no longer apply, these individuals will need to qualify under the UK Immigration Rules as Van der Elst visas can no longer be applied for after the UK leaves the EU. Options might include coming to the UK as a business visitor or an intra-company transferee, and this is also likely to be the case for non-EEA workers in the UK going to the EU under these provisions.

Hi, thank you for your reply.

I am aware that this will probably cease to exist end of this year.

There used to be a link on the GOV website to apply for a Van der Elst visa, Unfortunately there is no information online , Immigration law firms cant seem to help either.

All i am looking for is a link to do the application form as such or find out the process if it has changed
