very Urgent please Advise

Please i need advise on what to do:
Immigration history ;
Student visa & post study until 2014
Applied for tier 1 entrepreneur visa granted till may 2017
Applied for tier 1 entrepreneur and rejected feb 2018 ( based on genuine test)
I understand the aspect of section 3c
Applied for flr fp and was rejected in Oct 2018
Recently applied for ilr and still pending? ( based on 10yr route and private life in uk)
Only have a child of 3yrs old in uk

Thanks for the reply, i entered the uk in Sept 2009.
My wife is currently my dependant, have a daughter of 3yrs old born in uk.

You don't qualify for ILR based on 10 years long residence yet if you only entered the UK in September 2009.

What application has your wife made if your flr FP was refused in October 2018??

What applications have you made since October?

When did you submit an ILR LR application?

My wife did flr fm visa and I applied for ilr for long residency and private life in uk( Oct 2018). Hope to get a good success in it. Or please what’s your advice. Still waiting

My Immigration History
I came in uk in 2009 as a student
psw from 2012 to May 2014
Tier 1 Entreprenuer from may 2014 to may 2017
applied for extension in may 2017
refused in feb 2018- dated 14.02.18
Applied for flr fp in feb 2018, posted application in feb 27,02,18, home office received it on 28,02,18 but stated it was out of time and i am an overstayer, refused in oct 2018
applied for ilr( set o) to buy time for 10year long residency plus article 8
in sept 2019 i applied for ilr and was refused in nov 2019
Asked for reconsideration and they maintained same decision
No appeal right given
I have a daughter that is 3years old, need to buy time until she is 7
currently i report every 6months, and i have spent alot in appplications and solicitors

Please i need advice me as i am currently thinking of applying for assylum, Thanks
