in fact the guidance explains the documents required when the degree has been awarded but the certificate has not been issued. It is not possible to apply for psw before the degree has been awarded. the transcript is not a must to apply for PSW. the degree must have been awarded but the certificate may not have been issued if the graduation ceremony has not yet taken place for example. this is set out in the policy guidance.askhan wrote:
