Dear all
this fourm it is best one ever i had in my life please could you help me.
as i am British citizen i were in Germany as worker and i had one child and wife in iraq i went to ankara applied for schengen visa for my wife and my child then thy got german residence card for valid for 5 years then after while we come back to the uk as eea rout then my kids become a british citezen and my wife got 5 years uk residence,but sadly we did not git on after tow lovely kids we are separated and we we git divorce soon.and i am trying to git marred again from back home gives my self a second chance of my life.
my Qustion is
can i go back to Germny work for some times after that can i use darective2004/38/ec to call my new wife from back home again?
and how many time you can use Darective2004/38/ec and EEA route?

i am in the uk at the moment yes working.
we dont live together since 23-01-2015 with my x wif our case in court in iraq to git divorce as we have iraqi marriage certificate.when i git divorced paper then i would like to git remarrying with who i love in iraq ,as i have family in germany it is easy for me go to live in germany for 2 or 3 years with my new wife .my quotation is is that be ok to bring my new wif to germany use dairctev 2004/38/ec as i am worried because i have used ones is that be any probleam to use it again?
