Err...if you are a UK citizen you don't need a visa to live/study/work anywhere in the EU (except, I believe, new EU countries). So you should be ok. For certain jobs/courses where you need a CRB, of course you would have to disclose your criminal record (e.g. if you want to work as a police officer, or study social work). Generally, a criminal conviction does not preclude you from free movement (although it depends what conviction we are talking about...murder, rape, etc?).europian wrote:Hello, I am a UK citizen with a number of criminal convictions, all spent under the rehabilitation of offenders (i.e more than 5 years ago) act in the UK but still on records.
