HSMP Customer Contact Numbers - ALWAYS BUSY.....

Hi,

This is a general observation:

I have been calling the HSMP customer contact numbers for the past two weeks, made almost 15-20 calls. One thing that I noticed is probably the number of agents who are responding the phone calls are very limited that is why we have to wait for almost 6-10 minutes, to get response.
I can feel, I spoke to two of the agents for three times at different instances, this shows that their number is very limited.

I have been informed they are expanding very soon, fitting extra desks and hiring more people, they intend to go up to 40 advisors from about 25 or so. So hopefully it should get much easier to get through.

It doesn't actually matter which number you ring, the 6020 number is on divert to the 4074 number anyway.
