Tier 1 HSMP Dependent ILR

Post by imran10 » Thu Jun 04, 2015 7:17 am

Hello Guys,

I need your help.

My brother he is on Tier1 HSMP and his ILR due in March 2016. His wife came last years in may on dependent visa.

So my question is:

1) Will she get ILR with his husband or get visa?
2) Does she need to give life in UK test if she eligible for ILR next year?

Waiting for your prompt reply.

Thanks in Advance

1. No.
2. She will also need KOLL when she's applying for ILR, but not next year.

Hi Mate.

She will get, 3 yrs and then 2 yrs may be otherway around.
She need to pay NHS surcharge 200/annum

She needs to pass LIUK before applying for ILR.

she can pass this test now, and keep it safe and use when required. But for T1 extension LIUK is not required.

Thanks

Kind Regard,
