Hello Friends,

I wanted apply for my son Visa from India, Please guide me on this.

Which Visa I need to apply for my son.

My Son Born in India on December-2014
I got my uk ILR on April-2015
My Wife having Tier-1 PBS Dependant visa valid upto January-2017

Please Guide me I wanted to apply for my son visa from India.

I am not sure my son directly eligible for Settlement Visa OR We need to Apply Tier-1 Dependant Visa
