Please, Can I as a Green Card holder submit petition for my parents living in Pakistan to join me to live as permanent residents in US ?

My sister had applied for me and my husband and children for immigrant visa to US. We have now green cards and shifted to NY. I wanted to know if I as a Green Card holder can sponsor my parents in Pakistan to join me as permanent residents?
