Which passport do I use to travel back to Ghana from UK?

Dear all,

Please can you help, I am Ghanaian living in UK for over 12 years and have a valid Ghana passport. I applied last year for British Citizenship and now have a valid British passport.
I now want to travel back to Ghana for 2 weeks next month, I know this may seem a silly question but do I use my Ghana passport for traveling out of UK to Ghana and my British passport traveling back from Ghana to UK? I guess I dont need any visas or permits?

If you take the time to read the same post it was recommended to put this question in the ‘other countries’ section that is why I have posted here, there is no need to be so rude, I was just asking again like the post said as I just wanted back up of this!
