OCI approved- But unable to send passport

Hi all,

My OCI has been approved and they received the docs from Delhi. But my problem is I will be needing my passport for travelling in and out of UK for the next three months. How long can the CGI Birmingham, wait for my Passport to put the OCI sticker on?

Please email HCI explaining your requirements of passport and request if you can collect OCI in person.
I am sure they will help you.

The U sticker is no longer required in the British Passport for travelling to India. Please go through the below link :

Call CGI Birmingham and explain about the U sticker closure, they should send you the OCI booklet to your home address.Do send a Self Addressed Envelope to CGI Birmingham so that OCI booklet reaches you safely.
