Filling online application for General Visiting Visa

Hi

I'm planning to bring my parents to UK under General Visitor visa and it seems they need to apply online for this. However they haven't got a clue how to do this and also they don't have an email account etc. Can i register the online with my details and fill visa form on behalf of them?

Yes you can. You will however need to print it out for them to take with them to their appointment with all their supporting documents.
