which tier would my application be....

Post by Balin » Wed Oct 28, 2015 4:17 pm

I will soon get married to a girl abroad out side the EU and plan to bring her here to the UK to settle with me. I will apply for spouse visa. which tier would my application fall under?

I also have another question with regards to P60.I started my job 28/04/15 this means my current employer cannot provide me with one. However I will have 7 months worth pay slips that will cover the £18600 margin.

is a P60 absolutely paramount to include in my application? and will 7 moths of pay slips cover my application as successful one?

Thank you so much in advance and hope to her back from you guys soon. :)

What is your current visa status in the UK?
Char (CR001 not Casa)

Spouse visa doesn't fall under any tier (points-based system).
