torashmi wrote:Hi members,
I and my husband live in UK. My husband is on ILR and I am on general tier1 dependent visa. we both work here. we want to invite my sister here. the complication is that, her passport has her parent's name as my aunt and uncle (not my parents). She was adopted by them and we have an evidence (stamp paper deed saying that she is my sister). She currently lives with parents in India.
She has got a property in her name and we can show sufficient funds in our accounts to support her visit.
But, she disnt had a job, she just joined a job, but no payslips can be produced, only a letter can be obtained.
Please advise on best way to support her application and get a favorable decision for her visa.
Thanks in advance!

I've been at work all day and most of the weekend. Can I have some dinner first before I start my extensive research for free?torashmi wrote:Its been long time now. Guys I had been waiting, can someone help me? I would be grateful to you.
Hi Honey,honey2008 wrote:Hi there,
To be honest the chances of your sister getting UK visa is slim due the fact that she does not have a steady income which will lead the Visa Officer to think that she does not have economical ties with home country.

well, I think so too. Therefore I have posted in this forum to get the guidance and make it favorable. Please help me, instead of just giving me a negative comment.
Thanks
