Visa Advice

Hi all,

Please, I need advice on the next step regarding my visa and stay in the UK. I came into the UK as a student and got my post study visa in 2011 and before it expiration in 2013, I put in for a tier 1 entrepreneur visa because my co any at the time refuse to sponsor me for my tier 2 visa. The application was refused because of some minor technicalities and I was advised by my lawyer to put in a fresh entrepreneur visa as the court was taken too long to hear my case and the lawyer also gave a low degree of success.

I put in a fresh application and corrected all the mistakes in the first application but it was still refused of some stuff that could have been clarified if the case worker had called or emailed for further information but because I had no right of appeal I had to apply for judicial review but was refused without reason.

My lawyer has advised to put in a fresh entrepreneurial visa since my company is registered and has been trading since 2013 but I am skeptical about this because I have been refused twice already. The next option is to apply for a tier 2 visa but I haven't been able to get a sponsored job with my masters degree in International business.

My husband on the other hand who is my dependant, has more than 10yrs experience as a marine engineer and also has a BEng in mechanical engineering and a masters degree in subsea engineering which he completed October 2015.

It's really been a long road and I will really appreciate any advice on how to get a sponsor for either myself or my husband or what steps to take at this juncture. Thanks in advance for your help and advice.
