No one here will help you on that, UKVI aren't fools and any 'tricks' will will result in your removal and a ban from entering UK.

Suggest you stay where you are.

As Wanderer has said, there are no 'tricks'. You either qualify for whichever visa you are looking at or you don't.

If you come across anyone offering such 'tricks' for money then run - run fast and don't look back.

There are a multitude of "advisors" that will promise you ways of getting to the UK. They will tell you that it is an expensive and difficult thing to achieve but with enough money they can manage it for you. This even happens in the UK to people already here and wishing to stay. So take note....

As soon as they have your money their job is done.... They have no magic or secret method of gaining a work visa, they will sell you a document that is more than likely to be fake which you will attempt to use for your visa application. Only to be refused and even poorer for the experience.
