Hi all

I got married last Sat and would like to change my name.
I'm still a Malaysian passport holder with ILR BRP card holder.
Does anyone know how I can proceed and what docs I need etc?

You need to change your Malaysian passport, suggest contact the embassy.

You also should apply for a new BRP card.

Do I have to apply the new BRP first or change the name on passport first?
Yes would like to apply for citizenship but I have to wait for 3 years to lapse for the good character?
And yes he's British
