Post by JoSlaughter » Thu Feb 28, 2019 12:25 am

I really need some help as to what I need to do to renew or extend my biometric card. The expiration date is 1/10/2019.

You apply to renew your spouse visa shortly before it expires in October. Usually within 28 days before reaching 30 months residence counted from date you entered the UK.

Form FLR(M), English A2 required and the financial requirement must be met again.

It is an online process now to apply.

Thank you for your previous response.

As I am a stay home mother, do I need my husband to fill up another form as my sponsor to meet the financial part of the application?

If so, can you direct me to which form I will be needing please?

Cheers

Only one form, which contains all the financial sections to be completed.

Form FLR(M), online only.
