Extending UK Visit Visa

Hello Guys

Could one of you kindly help with my situation.

My girlfriend has been accepted for her visit to the Uk. She originally put down on her application that she would be staying for 1 month and was accepted. Her employer are now giving her permission to stay for 2 months so that we can spend time together.

I know that the visa is valid for 6 months but am also under the impression you shouldn’t stay longer than originally stated in your application. Is there any way of asking for a months extention to what they originally agreed to?

If she will live longer than what she mentioned in the application then her next application for visit visa might be refused on grounds that caseworker wont be convinced that she will leave the UK.
