"When they come to the UK" seems to imply that the applicant(s) have been here before, and presumably complied with their visa. In that case, there would be little reason for them to be refused another visa, unless the sponsor withdraws his support.

What is your exact relationship with the applicant? Are you involved in offering support and accommodation?

I was faced with a similar problem some time ago regarding a proposed visit by a family member of my wife, and I did not find his company particularly congenial. In my covering letter I wrote - "I understand a one month visit is proposed. I am willing to offer support and accommodation for this limited period and purpose only. Should the applicant indicate any other intention you may wish to bear this in mind." He didn't get a visa.

I think you need to explain to us the type of trouble they may cause you and your family when these people come to the UK.

I have a sneaky feeling that its due to some family dispute,or they are visiting the UK to propose for marriage, which might put you and your family in a difficult position.

I once informed the BHC of a well known criminal coming to the UK, via an email that I sent and they refused his application.

The BHC that I know very rarely accept what people to say to them via annonymous email. You have to give them your full details and reasons why you think someone you know should be refused.
