Application for LTR based on family life

Hi everyone ,im an immigrant from zimbabwe.i arrived in the UK in 2004 as a student and I had a 2 year student visa.i extended for a third year and in my 4th year I was refused a visa.i applied for asylum and was refused ,I appealed but was refused aswel because of credibility on my case.i have overstayed since then and now I would like to try and sort my papers. I have a British partner that I live with and have got a baby together .we have been together for about 2.5 years now .I kindly ask for any advice on how best to go about with my application. Applying spouse visa from home country will be considerably cheaper, quicker and stress free.

I am not able to go back to Zimbabwe as I have no connection there .all my family are here in the UK

Hi all ,im seaking advice.i cam to the uk in 2004 as a student on a 2 year visa.i extended an extra year but after that it was denied. I applied for asylum in 2009 and i was refused. Made an appeal and it was refused.i made afresh claim in 2012 but i never had anything from the home office and the law firm closed down without me knowing. I havent had a stay since then .now im in a relationship with a British citizen and we got a 11 month baby together .we have been living together since may 2017 but all the bills are in her name as i havent been able to work and my bank account was closed down along time ago.i want to make an application on family grounds but my fear is i dont have evidence of us libing together .only photos and maybe our text conversation. What can i do .any advice would be greatly appreciated
