One of my friend’s husband applied for extension for his discretionary leave thorough priority service . After submitting the documents he received an email for the confirmation of his successful extension through email . But no letter has arrived for the confirmation . In the email they said he will receive his BRP card in next 10 working days but he didn’t receive no letter in post nor his BRP card.
He called couple of times the said to him to fill in the form online and send it . He has done that and has been waiting for past 25 days still he has received no response for the email not his BRP has arrived .
