How can I bring my sister

Hi,
I'm new here, found this forum interesting. In short I want advice on how I can bring my sister to come and work in the UK from a Non EU country?
I have unlimited leave to remain
Full time job: Carer
My sister she's a Health Axillary Nurse in my country
Our country is a member of Commonwealth Countries

Please advice me how I can go about to bring her over to work, not to claim benefits.

She would need to find a visa she qualifies for, such as a skilled worker visa with a employer sponsor and meet all the requirements.

You cannot sponsor her based on your visa status.
