Visit visa - Pakistan to UK - Is Tuberculosis test needed?

Hi everyone,

For a visit visa from Pakistan to the UK does the visitor need a tuberculosis test? It's just at the document upload section there is a section for this but nothing I have seen up till this point says one is required.

Please can you help/advise?
