Visa curtailment HO address, abusive spouse

Hi there,
I have searched for a number of days for an email or postal address of where to send a statement requesting a spouse visa curtailment. It is for my neice, her husband arrived 3 months ago and disclosed it was a forced Marriage and he wanted to come to the UK for the visa. Sadly my neice tried to make things work but he became coercive, accused her of adultery and was emotionally abusive.
He left of his own will 6 August 2023 and from that day my neice wrote and emailed to the HO marriage breakdown email.
She would like to request curtailment but doesn't know the address. Any advice would be appreciated.
Unfortunately all the advise online is for the overseas spouse being a victim of DV and nothing which guides the spouse in the UK.

All she can do is report the relationship breakdown to ukvi. She cant request a visa curtailment, she doesnt have the authority for that. Only ukvi can make those decisions, if they wish to.

She will also not be kept informed by ukvi of what is happening either.

Yes she has emailed them on the 6th August. An immigration solicitor advised her to make a 'statement' and send it to the HO. Hence why I asked. Unfortunately he is making the divorce proceeding difficult and my neice has now got a non molestation order against him. The reason for requesting curtailment is being afraid he will harass her after the non molestation order expires.

What your niece can do is to report the breakdown of marriage and done already.
Subsequent action on how to proceed with the husband lies with the HO and your niece will most likely not be informed of any further developments by HO.
