Visit visa bank statement

I am trying to bring my sister to UK on a standard visit visa. I am sponsoring her to cover all of her expenses. I am providing my employment documents and bank statements of last 4 months along with rest of the documents. Is that okay to submit the financial documents of 4 months or does it have to be at least six months?

Any response would be highly appreciated.

What evidence of her ties to her home country is she submitting (job, financial, family, partner, children, property etc etc)?

It is less about your documents and much more about hers.

She is the carer of my mother who is 66 years old and has got numerous medical conditions.

I provide her financial support from UK and has the proof of all money transfers for more than 2 years.

We are providing medical evidence of our mother that she is the carer of my mother and will return back to Bangladesh after 2 weeks as she has serious caring responsibilities.

I am declaring that I will pay this cost for her entire trip and providing the evidence of my employment documents, bank statement and savings.

From an Entry Clearance Officers point of view.

She is the carer of my mother who is 66 years old and has got numerous medical conditions.

Who is going to look after your mother while your sister is away if she is your mothers full time carer.

I provide her financial support from UK and has the proof of all money transfers for more than 2 years.

This substantially weakens her case for a visitor visa.

We are providing medical evidence of our mother that she is the carer of my mother and will return back to Bangladesh after 2 weeks as she has serious caring responsibilities.

Your mothers issues are irrelevant, she is not applying for a visa. Simply stating she will return after two weeks means absolutely nothing and is irrelevant.

I am declaring that I will pay this cost for her entire trip and providing the evidence of my employment documents, bank statement and savings.

With no job, partner, children, financial evidence other than you supporting her for 2 years, it is unlikely she will get a visitor visa.

6 months is the general requirement. But if you have some very crazy amount in there, some have gotten away with even just 3 months. But the cases I have seen are coming from countries with similar immigration system and would defo be going back. Countries like Canada and the US.
