A fiance visa is NOT a visitor visa. Fiance visa comes under the 'settlement visa' group, i.e. once married within the 6 months, she can switch to FLR(M).

i am still struggling to find the proof of intent to marry because we are marrying in the registry office and since the appointment at the registry office doesn't suffice as proof i am not sure what else i can use.

What about a food venue after the wedding? since we obviously wont be eating at the reception office. would that suffice?

1. Would sending my fiance's university masters degree certificate from Leeds university suffice as the proof of her attending the university so she doesn't have to test the language test.

2. We plan to send 6 months of payslips from me (printed from PDF format) will this be ok because i only receive my payslips electronically. Also we plan to get a bank statement from her bank a couple of week before we apply, does the bank statement need to go back a certain amount of time or anything?

4. You and your family will have an adequate place to live in the UK - is there set rules on this or is it at the discretion of the person checking the application? Currently i had planned to have her live with me at my parents house while i save for a deposit on a new house. there is 2 spare bedrooms at their place so we could stay in one of them but im not sure if this would cause problems or not.
