Regarding FLR : Please help

My previous FLR has been refused on June 4th

My new employer applied WP on June 1st (electronic application)

and recieved WP approval on June 14th

Am I eligible to apply new FLR (in country ) now?

Yes, though you may have problems because of the gap.
