Tier 1 to ILR LR

Hi.i applied T1 ent,refused,AR applied and successful.
Its been 1 month after successful AR,no visa or news from HO yet.
I have already complete 10 years,should i wait or vary my application from T1 to ILR LR?

You cannot 'vary' an application that has already been decided. If you AR was successful, it implies your application was successful.

I assume by AR successful, the refusal has been withdrawn and it has been sent back to the team for a decision - is that what the letter says ? Will be good to have the exact words.

If that is the case, I would think the application can be varied but ....

Anyway, you can always do a ILR (LR) application. It will automatically withdraw your current application (if it has not been decided). But you run the risk that if that is rejected for some reason, you become an overstayer immediately.
